Your fitness level has a lot to do with how much you enjoy your life and how healthy you are. The machine age has created a population of people who are inactive and lazy. Take your time and add to your routine gradually. Play it smart and safe, especially if you have been inactive for a long time. A lot of people haven't worked out, or done anything physical, for years. Some people have been sedentary since they left school! It's also important, when you are planning your workouts, to consider any pre-existing health issues you might have.
