Perhaps many people have just given up and think they cannot turn their lives around regarding fitness or health levels, and I want to say they need to try to change that mindset. As long as you do your stretching and warm-ups, then your entire body will stay strong. So hopefully continuing to work out all the time will be something you want to do. The data about exercise all throughout the year cannot be ignored and should be learned.
